  We were drowning and didn’t know if we could survive. They were part of a team that helped us navigate the process. Made us feel comfortable and answered questions. We were treated like people not just a number. Amit worked around our schedule as my husband doesn’t work 9 to 5. We had a meeting on a Sunday afternoon.
