CEO & President
Kunjar Sharma has been providing expertise, guidance and solvency solutions to Canadian businesses and individuals for over 45 years. Kunjar is a former President of the Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioners (OAIRP), and a founding member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioners (CAIRP). He was named the Honorary Consul General to Canada for Nepal in 1993.
General Manager
An executive with experience in business development, finance and operations, Greg is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Canadian Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) since 1997. Greg is experienced in handling both consumer and corporate insolvencies. His accomplishments include corporate consulting, as well as asset evaluations and cash flow analyses.
Executive Director – KSAI Restructuring – Corporate and Commercial Insolvencies
Uwe is a senior level insolvency and restructuring professional with over 30-years of expertise in creatively resolving highly complex financial, forensic, restructuring and recovery challenges for individuals, businesses and stakeholders.
Uwe is a Fellow of CPA Ontario, a Fellow CIRP, and has been President of both the provincial and Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals having practiced as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee since 1976.
Throughout his career, Uwe has also acted as an investigative and forensic accountant and as an expert witness in insolvency Court proceedings. He is known for providing sage and practical advice to clients, and continues to be a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses facing financial problems.
Assistant Vice-President
Resourceful and highly motivated, Roger has been active in the insolvency industry since 1991. He works closely with financially stressed individuals and businesses to implement creative solutions that make financial renewal possible. He is the firm’s representative at Bankruptcy Court where debtor/creditor disputes are resolved. Roger is also a CAIRP Certified Insolvency Counsellor and registered with the Office of Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
Assistant Manager – Operations
Amit has been with KSAI since 2010 assisting clients and maintaining a smooth workflow at the office. A native of Nepal, Amit services the Desi community and is fluent in Nepali, Hindi, Arabic and Bengali. Amit earns top marks in Google reviews for his comforting presence in helping people understand and complete the insolvency process. He has completed the CAIRP Certification as a Credit Counsellor. A CAIRP Certified Insolvency Counsellor, Judy has been working with KSAI since 2007. Over the years she has excelled at all tasks entrusted to her. Judy enjoys, exploring the various financial options available to our clients and seeing how our solutions can change their lives. Confident and caring, Judy is fluent in Cantonese, and enjoys photography and traveling.
Estate Manager
Involved in the insolvency industry since graduating from Durham College in 1981, Roma has been part of KSAI since 2011. A CAIRP Certified Insolvency Counsellor, Roma most enjoys “dealing with clients and taking them through the process.” Fluent in Ukrainian, Roma takes great pleasure singing in a Ukrainian choir as well as giving it her all at karaoke.
